Kim lived with her husband Mike and daughter Ann. Her second daughter, Mary lives in Fairhaven with husband K-C and daughter Jamie. | ||
| Kim was diagnosed as having stage 4 adeno-carcinoma of unknown primary origin (a particularly aggressive form of cancer) on 24 May 2002. | |||
| Sadly, after a spirited fight, Kim passed away peacefully at 11.55pm on 1 December 2002. | |||
| Kim was an active and valued member of The Shindo Trust for nearly four years, and attained her black belt in 2002. | |||
| When you come to the edge of all the light you know, | |||

| Kim Bower also known as Kim Kathryn Bower née Kim Kathryn Keating was married to Mike Bower of Agawam Lakeshore Drive Wareham Massachusetts. Their daughters are Ann Bower and Mary Bower (now Mary Roballo as she is married to K-C Roballo). Kim worked at Sippican School in Marion. | |||
