Collective Unconscious hypothesis

This hypothesis attributes memories of past lives to an effect of what is known as the ‘Collective Unconscious’ and is derived from the work of psychologist Carl Jung, who argued that the whole past experience of humankind is stored within the individual unconscious minds of all human beings.  It is believed by some that under hypnosis this vast store of information can be accessed.  I personally do not subscribe to this viewpoint, however, I use the 'collective unconsciousness' in a symbolic sense to underpin my 'We are all part of one another' standpoint.

Cosmic Memory hypothesis

This theory is loosely derived from the first law of thermodynamics, which states that energy cannot be manufactured or destroyed, only changed.  Our brain waves are essentially a form of energy.  If this cannot be destroyed, then, when a person dies, their ‘brain energy’ must continue to exist somewhere.  It has been suggested that a person in a trance might be able to ‘tune in’ to this ‘immortal’ energy.  Again, I use this model as a symbolic medium to underpin my 'We are all part of one another' standpoint.

Children of the Stars

We are comprised of a wide variety of atoms.  Energy (at the heart of atoms) cannot be created nor destroyed - it can be converted.  Our atoms have been in existence since the beginning of time.  Energy from the sun and earth is converted into the food we eat and converted into each one of us.  We are an ongoing transmutation of the energy in this universe, a transformation of energy so intricate and marvellous that we can reflect upon ourselves and the universe.  A way for the universe to examine itself!  We are connected to everything, in all of time. We are interacting with everyone and everything.  Whether you speak out or are silent you have an effect.

Message: We are all part of one another.
